Welcome to Cloud 9 Shopping Parade Application!

CLOUD 9 SHOPPING PARADE November 15th 1-7 & 16th 9-5

We are so pleased you are looking into spending a few days with us and selling your goods! We love Oregon and the people in it. We are setting up this event to be a local outreach from our church community. We are interested in creating a shopping experience that includes the following categories that will fit what we have in mind: handmade, usable, Oregon flare, consumable, (Soaps, candles, food, lotions, etc), Shabby Chic, Vintage, Bohemian, Farmhouse, French Country, Southwestern, Rustic, Industrial, Modern, Traditional, Clothing, Art, Creative and Inspirational items that bring joy in general. We are not strictly limiting our shopping experience to handmade only, although we love handmade. A blend of things is great! 

We are excited to review your app and if you are not accepted, your money will be re-funded.

We are collecting a one time table fee of 75.00. Cloud 9 is powered by Eagle Mountain Church.

We will not collect any more funds from our vendors as our desire is to be a local outreach through our event and we want you to be able to take home earnings, meet new people and generally help your business thrive in our community!  

Understand, that we need you to help bring in clients!

AFTER you have submitted your application & submitted your application FEE, we will email you graphics and wording to help promote the event. Please check your email and spam folder for confirmations from our system. Emails from our system will come from info@kingdomlearning.life

NOTE: We have “paper” flyers (post card size) that you can pass out, if you would like some of those please let us know.

Please advertise on your social media, talk to people or put out flyers! If you are apart of this, you will want success just as mush as we do. We would like to collect as many emails for Cloud 9’s data base as possible. Please help us do this by sharing your collection with us at the end of the event! 

NOTE: You’ll be asked to submit your application fee after you complete the form below, PLEASE use the same email address when you checkout for the payment. ALSO, you’re application is NOT complete until you have submitted your payment.

  • We would like emails to invite our customers to the next Cloud 9- after the market is over we would like you to share those with us so we may advertise more broadly!
  • You will be collecting your own money- Please be prepared to take both card and cash.
  • You will run your own table!
  • You will need to provide your own tables and displays
  • Booth size is 10×10
  • Fee for booth is a one time 75$

You will be asked to sign in person an agreement on day of set up.

By paying this table fee you agree to our terms on location. Eagle Mountain Church and all humans involved under its name, will not be responsible for lost or stolen or broken items.

You will be asked to sign in person an agreement on day of set up.
