Local Gathering Signup

Thank you for signing up to host a LOCAL GATHERING!

Our goal is to make this process of “hosting” super easy for you! Leading up to the event we will provide:

  • A “HOST GUIDE” book that will walk you through everything you need to do and think about to be a local gathering host. (Trust us it’s pretty simple and straightforward)
  • Promotional materials that you can use on social media, emails, church bulletins, etc.
  • A dedicated private HD feed you can use to watch on a smart TV, church projector system, etc.
  • A special local gathering ONLY break out session during the event. 
  • A special testing period leading up to the event to ensure all your equipment is working properly!
  • Our dedicated team here to help ensure everything goes off without a hitch! 

The next step is for you to provide a few pieces of information so we can help get you setup. You’ll also receive a separate email asking for the names and emails of the attendees that will be attending YOUR local gathering!

REMEMBER >> YOU can (and should) charge a fee to attend your local gathering, this will help offset your local gathering registration fee as well as be a potential revenue source for you or your ministry!
