2nd, you need to register for Hopin access, you should have received other emails regarding that, if you have not, please check your spam!

3rd, we have created a special access for you to watch a “clean” feed for your smart TV, projector, etc. You can access that here during the conference:

REMEMBER you’ll ALSO want to connect on your phone or another device in addition to your TV or projector so you can also participate in all the interactivity. Additionally you will need everyone joining you to also register for the event and log into HOPIN on their devices so they can also participate!

4th, Thursday between 3:00pm – 6:00pm PDT there is a required Digital Event Checkin. This is when you NEED to test your setup with the clean feed link (above) for sound and video to make sure everything is working perfect!

5th, Remind you group to be there on time, to register for the event, and to sign up for the HOPIN platform!
